Hey there!

Long time no talk. Sorry, we've been constantly working on C4L and you've probably already noticed a few visual changes like on the website and staff homepages and things of that nature. We're still tweaking C4L by adding, modifying, and removing stuff as needed.

The major changes are geared towards the staff but after a manager meeting we decided to announce to everyone what's been changed.

First off, ALL staff positions below Senior Manager no longer require a Term Length or Length of Service (both mean the same thing), which basically states that the set amount of time required to serve in that position is no longer necessary.

Secondly, we have changed the naming convention of the different levels of staff around. Before, it was Management, Leadership, and Community Teams. We've merged the Leadership and Community Teams into the Leadership Group. "Why 'Group' instead of 'Team'?" Good question. "Team" is usually used for people who work together in a tight-knit environment, on a daily or weekly-type basis. We decided on the name "Group" because it gives off a friendlier and more-relaxed atmosphere which in turn, we hope will be more motivating and energetic.

Lastly, the staff website has been removed. Login issues and other reasons contributed to the staff site not being needed. From now on, or until further notice, any information for staff can be found at the Community or through email.
